Chris Lee focuses his defense practice on bet the company litigation, product liability, asbestos, personal injury and wrongful death claims and allegations of toxic tort and chemical exposure. He represents businesses, manufacturers and insurance companies. In addition, he represents contractors and premises owners in claims for unreasonably dangerous work environments, death and business interruption. He has tried dozens of jury trials to verdict. Chris has a passion for the law and frequently manages complex litigation involving numerous attorneys and parties. He is often asked to serve as regional and national counsel to help solve his client’s complex multiparty litigation. In addition, Chris serves as national coordinating counsel for select clients. and frequently serves as national counsel in their resolution of regional litigation matters. While Chris' primary focus is trial work, he also resolves complex matters utilizing creative settlement and resolution strategies.
