I manage a team of up to seven individuals, who are responsible for opening, operating and closing the facility. As individual responsibilities, I prepare daily deposits and inventory. I also assist in preparing customer orders, inquiries and concerns. The impact I feel I have made as a shift supervisor is growing co-workers to be stronger individuals at their job while giving constructive criticism and positive feedback. I have made an impact in making sure when days do feel out of control to be calm and make quick decisions that will benefit my co-workers and the customers.
