Coordinate and organize marketing activities, resources and schedules for accomplishment of proposal production, public relations/advertising and marketing/sales objectives of the business unit. Develop, design and produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals and other marketing assignments. Participate in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns/ social media. Design and edit marketing/business development documents (i.e. digital and print assets) and participate in developing the marketing strategy. Research, organize and prepare analytics/reports. Coordinate public relations, advertising and other outside events (i.e. tradeshows). Track and maintain internal group database of project descriptions, resumes, standard content, clients, subconsultants, contacts (i.e. CRM). Coordinate and create divisional content for the website.
