Field Services Vendor Management

Excited to have transitioned into a service operations role acquiring new skills and competencies. In this position I am responsible for the coordination of IT partner service providers while maximizing the dispatch of third party field technicians across national and international footprints. In this role, I was responsible for supervising the technical coordination of Infrastructure and Application Disaster Recovery testing including planning, data management and problem discovery essential to KeyBank technologies and operations. Recognized for the resiliency and execution of disaster recovery procedures across 300+ applications, 350+ servers, shared services, mainframe, and db storage teams. Interfaced with various business channels and platforms on continuity planning and development.Primary contact accountable for on-going disaster recovery procedures and modifications in the business resiliency database. Responsible for contingency documentation, approvals, and other planning within the department. Participated in numerous disaster recovery tests including the coordination of pre-planning activities and cyber incident response.

Accountable for managing the digital event monitoring group of seven engineers and analysts responsible for the instrumentation, scaling, and product support of performance alerting tools and utilities. Created visualization and analyzed data points of network applications and devices. Implemented processes to study data and efficiently mitigate risk and problems.

I supervised up to fourteen direct reports responsible for production scheduling, electronic output, administration, operational sustainability, and resolution on routine and complex issues. Handled confidential documentation, issues, and private information. As a team, we were solely responsible for corporate batch scheduling and managed all phases of production turnover including processing, 24X7 support, monitoring, and system archiving.Served as the Technical Business Lead for a multi-year initiative aimed at enhancing batch processing and annual operational readiness throughout the organization. I oversaw the development and implementation of a comprehensive batch processing testing platform designed to augment our development and pre-production activities. Additionally, I spearheaded the establishment of a data governance team tasked with managing file transfer operations to ensure adherence to compliance requirements and to bolster corporate security standards. My commitment to continuous improvement has led to the identification of innovative strategies to minimize errors and to implement solutions that optimize the efficiency of our processes. I have a robust history of enhancing productivity through the strategic utilization of onshore/offshore Global IT contractors, sourcing partners, and various other application delivery resources.
