I became the primary individual responsible for training and supporting end users with the Alarm.com interface for security, access control, and cameras at the company with which I worked. I also became very familiar with five major account and signal management programs: BoldNet, SIMS, MAStermind, Alarm 7, and Sedona. Finally, I petitioned and implemented the establishment of an employee photo ID system for all customer facing positions and spearheaded the transition from one monitoring station to another.I have almost five years of call center experience providing tech support for Verizon Business DSL. During my years in the call center, I was promoted to Tier III support and was also selected to work on a specialty team identifying and reporting service outages to the repair department. I developed a typing speed of 70 CWPM and became proficient in three programming languages (HTML, PHP and VBA) and have spent several years working part-time jobs and volunteering as a Web Designer and Desktop and Network Technician for small organizations. Additionally, I have become proficient with the use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint along with developing an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.I also have experience in small group management and training. I have taught small classes of up to thirty to thirty-five individuals in both single subjects and sustained programs.
