Currently a business administration major at Washington State University, with interest in jobs as a clinic manager. I am passionate about leading a team through maximizing potential, motivation, and intercommunication to successfully run a department/clinic and safely take care of patients.I have gained experience in multiple leadership roles while in the military as a Imaging technologist, by leading teams anywhere from a small 4 person clinic to a larger hospital department with multiple shift workers. I would like to continue using these skills and knowledge by implementing them into other medical systems.
