I’m an engineering executive, with deep roots in the Defense and Intelligence Communities. As a hands-on systems engineer, and later as a project and program manager, I have supported satellite, UAV, and airborne sensor system development. My interest in the connection between creativity and technology eventually led me to research and development, and I spent several years managing a R&D prime contract. I joined MasterPeace Solutions as Director of Engineering Services in 2016, because I saw a unique opportunity to combine my program management skills, my love for technological innovation, and my dedication to supporting and nurturing talented engineers. I am an advocate and champion for engineers. As an engineer, I see the world in terms of problems to solve and ideas to realize.
