Warner Sports Management is a full-service professional sports management agency, representing over 75 professional major and minor league baseball players across the country. I managed the agency's pro baseball player marketing initiatives, including sourcing and negotiating all endorsement partnership opportunities for clients, on-field equipment contracts, trading card and product/memorabilia deals, PR/media opportunities and social media. In addition, I provided support to the Warner Sports Management team, including overseeing all client services for our professional athlete clients.

Maryland Sports Properties (MSP), a division of OUTFRONT Media, is the exclusive marketing and multimedia rights partner for University of Maryland Athletics. As the Sales & Marketing Assistant, my chief responsibilities included social media and client services management. I utilized MSP's Facebook, Twitter and Instragram accounts to emphasize proof of performance for sponsors as well as share giveaway, gift and promotion information to fans. I also managed several corporate sponsor accounts in order to fulfill all aspects of the company's agreement with Maryland Athletics. Supporting both the client services team and the sales team was important to create an effective message for Maryland Athletics' partners.

I95 BUSINESS is an online and print publication profiling successful businesses and the people who run them in the greater Baltimore, MD region. I researched, interviewed, and composed nine articles for the I95 BUSINESS August 2014 issue, which profiled businesses and business owners in the I-95/Bel Air, MD corridor. As an Athletic Communications Intern for Xavier Athletics, I had numerous game-day and non-game-day responsibilities. During game-days, I composed GoXavier.com recaps for many events including men's and women's basketball games. I also assisted in the tracking of statistics throughout games, as well as providing updates and interactions with fans through Xavier's Facebook and Twitter social media accounts. Other duties included game preparation through the collection of news and statistics for game previews. I also wrote and released many articles and athlete bio pages for the website through Netitor, CBS Interactive’s website management tool. Using InDesign, I assisted in the revision of media guides and information guides for men’s soccer and men’s and women’s swimming. As a Business Administration Intern, I conducted several analyses projects to look at the Aberdeen IronBirds ticket revenue and attendance projections. This was to determine the maximum and potential revenues by section of the stadium and by day of week. I also developed a contract management process to help the company better handle, organize, and review all sales and promotion contracts. Other duties including aiding in the set-up and implementation of POS systems for the company's new dining operation at Ripken Stadium.
