Responsible for performing the day to day activities to ensure the successful completion and installation of software to client. As part of this process, I meet with clients to determine software requirements; configure software to client design specs; install software in client’s environment and provided first line support during user acceptance testing and go-live transition.Worked with clients during on-site training to ensure a complete understanding of both technical and functional uses of software solutions. During training, I not only answered questions but also led class exercises after less than two months on the job.Developed custom packages using PL/SQL to meet the design needs of client. These custom packages added functionality to the product and increased overall client satisfaction.

Instituted and developed new business application for Human Resources allowing recruiters to post job openings within the company. As part of this process, I worked with recruiters to analyze current business processes and gather requirements for an improved process. Additionally, I worked as lead developer on this project, holding weekly meetings with end-users, conducting training sessions and creating final end-user documentation. Application was written in ColdFusion and utilized a SQL database.Led a team of programmers in converting corporate phone directory, invoice, inventory and budget systems from ASP to ColdFusion. As project leader, I met with end-users to discuss improvements in addition to holding weekly meetings with programmers to monitor overall progress.Worked with customers to create various business reports which included writing custom SQL queries, stored procedures and DTS packages.
