CurrentReplace printer film, packaging film, heater bars, weigh tubes, zippers, thermal tape, and cutting blades as needed on the Pacmac machinesCommunicate with neighboring departments in the cook-side department, such as raw-side and palletizing, to ensure production goes smoothly. (For example: Requesting film from palletizing or telling raw-side to stop production because of emergency maintenance.)Calibrate weigh scales, pool hoppers, weigh hoppers for efficiency, amps, and timing using the Ishida Terminal. Manage one of four production lines and oversee the general production staff assigned to those lines to ensure proper procedures, such as their production positioning and break times. Complete the necessary documentation needed for production, such as product verification, temperature, weight, waste management, maintenance requests, and hourly bag/case count.
