- Developed an automated targeted loan campaign tool via MS Excel for the Mission Servicing Oversight Framework, identifying loans in a database of over 1,800 mortgage loans that had been in previous campaigns that have been over 120 days delinquent- Researched servicer expense payments to identify over $50 million in inaccurately reported invoices that were paid to aggregation servicers to maintain non-performing and re-performing loan properties- Managed a database of over 700,000 mortgage loans in Freddie Mac’s portfolio and researched trends among mortgage originators regarding reasons loans were excluded from securitization or deals- Attained an extensive understanding of asset and liability management levers to protect Freddie Mac’s position against market and credit risk via SOFR swaps and derivative transactions

Supported the Business Operations, Cybersecurity Analytics, and Acquisitions, Divestitures, & Collaborations divisions in their financial reporting, and designed and implemented a new forecasting tool to cut the length of time necessary for reputable and authoritative data analysis to be procured
