I joined Nike via the acquisition of my previous company, Datalogue. Over my ~3 years at Nike, I managed various teams of up to 20 product managers and technical product managers, working with hundreds of engineers. I first led product for "Nike Data Tech" - a portfolio of internal software powering Nike's data and analytics stack. I later led technical product for "Nike Digital Platforms" - a portfolio of platforms powering Nike's core ecommerce business (search, payments, data, etc). Throughout my time at Nike I invested significantly in improving the ways of working and the craft of Product Management across Nike, including leading Nike's internal community of practice for Technical Product Management.

I joined Datalogue as a seed stage company, and partnered with the founder/CEO to lead the company. Two years later we exited successfully via acquisition by Nike. Over that time, I played a significant role in:- Pivoting the product and iterating to early product/market fit in the Data Pipelining / ETL space- Growing the team from ~10 to ~25 employees- Bringing revenue to multiple $Ms- Closing 6-7 figure deals with multiple Fortune 100 customers- Securing Series A financing from top tier investors

I joined Sysdig as one of the first employees, and partnered with the technical founder/CEO to lead the company - which has now grown into a multi-billion dollar "unicorn" startup. In addition to leading Product and Design, I wore many other hats, including hiring and leading our initial Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams. In my 4+ years at Sysdig, I played a significant role in:- Launching four successful products in the container security and visibility space - including open source (sysdig, falco) and commercial (sysdig cloud, sysdig secure)- Growing the team from <10 to 150+ employees- Bringing revenue from zero to double-digit $Ms- Closing deals with multiple Fortune 100 customers- Securing ~$50M in venture financing from top tier firms over multiple rounds

I joined Compass after the seed round as the first non-engineer employee. I brought our first product to market - a quality assurance tool - and I led our iteration to early product/market fit.
