Project Manager
CurrentAccountable for end-to-end project delivery and managing and motivating large teams across different stakeholder groups. A strong partnership built on clear communication and trust is key to deliver to customer requirements on time, within budget and always ensuring high quality.• Managing concurrent projects (up to 9) of total value of £7.3M. Largest value project £2.5M. • Agreeing the project objectives and formulating the project plan, in consultation with management and other parties concerned based on customer contract. • Leading onsite and virtual teams of internal/external resources to ensure project success by delivering on business outcomes, scope, time and cost. • Leading regular weekly and monthly status update meetings to ensure key stakeholders are well informed and gain appropriate project decisions. • Escalation and problem resolution of any potential issues to mitigate risk and ensure we meet agreed deliverables. • Delivering projects through rigorous adherence to agreed processes ensuring all relevant milestones are met on time.• Developing and managing risk and opportunity registers (technical and commercial). • Driving compliancy to applicable regulations (Q&R/H&S) by own organisation, third parties and partners in the project.• Managing pre and post project cost calculations.• Controlling the project budget and project progress, evaluating all change requests to the contract as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, taking corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
