Greetings, potential employers! I am Christopher Minns, proud UCLA alumni with a bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. I've been fortunate enough to work with some of the biggest entertainment companies and have expanded my expertise to such industries as healthcare and luxury property rentals. My journey began during my university days when I was hired as a marketing strategist for Majestic Vacation Rentals. In this role, I developed cutting-edge social media strategies that helped promote brand integrity and increase sales. Upon proposing my innovative ideas, we saw a surge in website traffic and rental bookings on VRBO. Following graduation, I pursued an internship as a physical therapy assistant at Unruh Spine in the greater Los Angeles area. Here, I had the opportunity to sharpen my customer service and copywriting skills as I transcribed medical notes under a board-certified physical therapist. My hard work and dedication paid off, and I was soon hired as a production assistant for the hit CBS television show SWAT. Under this CBS production, I honed my ability to communicate and coordinate tasks in a high-pressure environment, contributing to the success of many behind-the-scenes operations while aiding the needs of assistant directors in the process. I'm proud to say that I'm not only passionate about my work but also about giving back to the community. For over seven years, I've been volunteering with Lov Movement, a nonprofit charity organization that focuses on providing grassroots schooling in Kenya, Africa. As part of my involvement, I manage Lov Movement's social media page and create digital campaigns to raise funds for their crucial cause. Our goal is to provide a better tomorrow for the at-risk youth of the Giotto slums, and I'm honored to be a part of this mission. Through my work with Lov Movement, I gained invaluable experience managing projects and working effectively with a team. All my past experiences have prepared me well for my long-term career goals, and I am eager to continue growing professionally with a dynamic organization.
