The duties required by me as line leader are to maintain a steady productive pace of assembling boats per company standards, and maintain a clean safe work environment at all times. My duties as supervisor were to oversee and assist employees as they completed all required landscaping duties.(ie. Mowing, weed eating, cutting trees, planting vegetation, installing sprinkler and irrigation systems, and picking up any litter on the property being tending to). I also was in charge of equipment maintenance, (ie. Blade changing, fuel and oil replacement, wheel changing, and tool replacement. I too labored all duties required to do the job properly.

My duties as paint supervisor were to apply paint coatings to manufactured sawmill equipment, while overseeing three other employees. While with this company I obtained fork lift license, first aid certification, and became head safety coordinator. And do all final QC inspections of finished equipment. I even gained a decent amount of welding experience during paint shop downtime. Also spent a great deal of time loading and loading over size equipment to and from carrier trucks.(crane, lift all, fork lift)

My duty at this company was to attach mower blades to the correct mower deck as efficient as possible in order to maintain the speed of the entire assembly line using a small air impact wrench.

My duties at this job were to do minor to major body repair and paint on vehicles.( dent pulling,welding,grinding,sanding, bondo and fiberglass work, priming and all other auto body repair prep. ( This was a part time job that i worked at during my later high school years into adulthood. Lydell Mack is my ex neighbor from when i lived with my mom, when i went to college i would come home on the weekends and do work for him as needed. Even as i ventured into my own workforce life i would still work there on my days off.
