Manage the delivery of all Information Systems assets including PC/LAN/Telecom/Mobile device and software support to all end-users in America's Region. • Manage Help Desk activity and network administration.• Manage IT support role staff to ensure optimal resource effectiveness and responsiveness.Principal Responsibilities:• Manage all Help Desk activity including call handling, incident tracking, remediation efforts, results analysis and resource utilization. Document resolutions and identify problem areas.• Maintain open communication with management, escalating issues as required.• Manage and/or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level as needed, including hardware/software installation/upgrades and configuring systems and software.• Manage PC Inventory and Deployments as assigned regionally.• Attend training seminars, conferences, etc., to broaden knowledge of current and future Help Desk technologies and issues.• Serve as project leader for company-sponsored IT initiatives as directed by Supervisor.Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience:• End-user support experience in a multi-platform global Information Systems environment that includes Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize a large volume of work and delegate effectively.• Working familiarity with Microsoft Suite of office products, mobile device administration, telecom, multi-function network-connected devices.• Excellent interpersonal and organizational ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization.• Excellent ability to communicate with internal customers and to exercise sound judgment in the execution of the daily responsibilities of the position.
