I am a current student enrolled in Drexel University's LeBow College of Business with a major in entrepreneurship, expecting to graduate Fall of 2015. I have an interest in small business ownership and learning to use management techniques to positively influence both efficiency in the workplace and quality of services provided.Through Drexel's co-op program, I completed an internship at Graffen Integrated Business Solutions where I acted as a sales representative making cold calls to potential customers. This is where I learned that I had a drive to provide friendly, helpful service to clients and that I would want a business of mine to represent a genuine care for the community it serves.

  While working as a sales rep at Graffen, I contacted potential clients to inform them of available services and facilitated sales totaling roughly $9,000 over a three month period. I provided previous contacts with ongoing support from ordering to physical setup of the software to ensure customer satisfaction with the product and connected clients with other representatives in the organization for requested services such as installation, IT, and other forms of customer support.I also updated and maintained customer information records to keep track of pending sales, interested parties, and uninterested parties in order to best direct the efforts of the sales team.
