Hydroblast and clean various exchangers, piping and other various items inside various refineries and asphalt plants via various techniques and machinery.

Supervised 3 permanent warehouse workers and rotated 2 additional subordinates to save more than 40 man-hours in wasted time ($500,000 in total cost savings) while keeping the 20,000 square foot warehouse clean, organized and running smoothly.Provided daily support for 8 jobs performed by 8 workers (64 workers total) to ensure proper supplies and equipment were delivered promptly and accounted for to minimize start up waste which saved the company more than $1,000,000 million dollars per year.Provided 100% effective distribution services on more than 100 jobs inside the Tesoro and Exxon Mobil Los Angeles Refineries.Supervised and assisted in the preventative maintenance and repair of more than 100 pieces of equipment and vehicles which saved the company more than $500,000 in outside repair costs.Obtained a “Supervisor De-leading Training of Industrial Structures” certification to eliminate the need for a specialist and saved Blastco more than $50,000 per year.

Managed 8 individuals in the dry-dock Compressor Shop to conduct 30 assessments, 1,000 repairs, 300 overhauls and 2,000 operational tests of 500 compressors on board 50 United States Navy ships.Supervised more than 30 different personnel in operation, maintenance and repair of Electrical generators, boilers, distilling units and catapults.Successfully supervised 10 acceptance trials, 100 inspections and 2 certifications of catapults onboard the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan nuclear aircraft carrier.Supervised 10 personnel during the successful examination of 2 Operational Reactor Safeguards.Successfully supervised 50 personnel in the Auxiliary Machinery Room on board the U.S.S. Constellation aircraft carrier during 3 deployments and 5 full power trials.
