I am in charge recruiting for our Financial Representative Sales Career in our Chicago markets and surrounding suburbs. - Receives and responds to inquiries from potential financial representative candidates and coordinates next steps, including performing initial screening, administering testing, running credit/motor vehicle background check and communicating with candidates- Holds specific responsibility for Illinois non-growth districts to coordinate resultant activities between the company, candidate, and agency field, by referring candidates to the appropriate field Manager.- Provides support to managers when an Agency Career Consultant is out for vacation, leave or unexpected circumstances for more than a week.- Tracks department budget and budget transactions.- Manages Intern workloads and oversees Intern work to assure efficient use of time and skills with department expectations.- Works with department manager and Sr Internet Agency Career Consultant to administer and refine Taleo applicant tracking as well as financial representative screening and selection process documents.- Updates tools and communications as needed.- Attend university career events and fairs to actively recruit individuals.- Attend community events and job seminars to promote our positions.- Schedules and delivers recruiting orientation and training to newly names agency managers and associate managers in non-ACC districts where responsible for recruiting support.- Develops user training materials and conducts associated user training related to Agency Recruiting's applicant tracking system or screening and selection processes.- Works with Social Media to assist with recruiting.- Helps create, market, and conduct private recruiting events.

I coach and train Junior High and High School volleyball athletes to better themselves on the court, as well as off the court.Since Illini Elite started in 1998, their programs have grown to include over 60 teams with over 650 players and coaches. They are now one of the largest volleyball clubs in Illinois by membership and are widely regarded as the premier volleyball club in Central Illinois for developing youth volleyball players. Illini Elite is well recognized and well respected nationally, in the junior volleyball community, as well as among college coaches and programs across the country.In 2004, the Illini Elite Training Center was opened, making Illini Elite the only Central Illinois club to have its own dedicated facility. The IETC, with 5 playing courts, weight room, concessions and offices, allows our club to run efficiently and our programs to be run in an effective and competitive environment.
