• Reported to CEO and collaborated with executives, advisors, and consultants to implement strategic initiatives that improved margins by hundreds of basis points, impacting $21B in market capitalization, $19B in assets, and $13B in revenue.• Oversaw legal work and business development impacting $2.5B in institutional capital, EB-5 funds, and home sales revenue; launched national investor services platform, including a vast property management network; conducted due diligence and negotiations, and drafted agreements.• Implemented dynamic pricing program to reduce inventory; developed virtual reality, digital marketing, and home automation technologies; repositioned model homes as retail platforms and launched a construction data tool; collaborated in starting an incubator that drew top government and business leaders and overhauled Lennar News Network for investors, homebuyers, and associates.• Worked alongside the Lennar Foundation Chairperson; spearheaded fundraising campaigns and associate engagement for the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and United Way. • Managed compliance review and overhauled legal policies, process checklists, flowcharts, and forms. • Launched an internship program for pipeline succession planning.

Collaborated with partners/investors to research real estate; bid at auction and negotiated mutually advantageous purchase agreements with owners and buyers; purchased/developed/renovated 10 properties for $5M with values doubling in most cases.

Collaborated with CEO to expand a real estate development company with over 1.5M square feet of assets across South Florida; partnered with key figures in law, government, real estate, and business to develop projects; established and maintained pro forma and a physical and digital organizational system to efficiently manage over 30 projects.

Collaborated with CEO and other executives on by-laws revision, development, and other initiatives.

Managed finance, unit service, membership, and program. Oversaw 1,132 youth, 66 units and over 430 volunteers. Surpassed all goals: fund-raised $60,000; recruited over 300 new youth; started 10 new units; and, administered events with thousands of participants totaling over $100,000 in revenue.

Managed operations including developmental classes, sales, customer service, projects, and opening/closing procedures. Administered the sports program, gymnastics classes, and the karate program, along with founding the latter.
