The principals of Florida Value Partners have a track record of developing successful opportunistic investment strategies and have managed over $2 billion in financial resources for institutional investors, private investors, pension funds, and private equity firms. Since its founding in 2008, the Firm’s executive team has been involved in over $700 million in real estate acquisitions and increased the value of those properties constituting over $1 billion in managed assets. FVP focuses its investment resources on acquiring and developing land, residential, and commercial properties in Florida, its primary market. FVP also uses its national network of operating partners to source, analyze, and acquire direct or indirect interests in real estate outside of Florida.
