Spring 2023 Graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, emphasis on Human Resources Management. I have over 6 years of experience in customer service, over 3 years in a management/leadership position, and over 3 years in food and beverage operations . I am currently in Marriott International's Voyager Program. With this World Class Manager-in-Training program, I hope to expand my knowledge and experiences in Human Resources and Leadership and to continue learning from the very best industry leaders and professionals Marriott International has to offer. I am consistently ready and able to take on new challenges. I challenge myself by getting out of my comfort zone in order to learn new skills, techniques, and best practices.
