Throughout my life I have always loved to challenge myself. These attempts at learning new skills or setting ridiculous goals typically resulted in failure after failure, but I have never capitulated. Facing the challenges head on and trying over and over to overcome hurdles and solve problems in new ways has become a defining part of who I am. This love for solving problems and thinking of different ways to overcome challenges has lead me to discovering just a few of my core attributes and passions. Over the years I have discovered I love to lead, collaborate with different people and teams, learn about different biases, push on through challenges, compete, create the best version of whatever I am working on, and discover new interests. In turn, these interests led me on a winding path towards software because I am able to consistently push myself, face infuriating bugs and new challenges, create passion projects, and dream about future ideas and their solutions. Coding has introduced me to the most interesting people I have met in my life, and I eagerly want to launch my career as a Full Stack Engineer somewhere I am able to collaborate with a wide variety of people. My passion for software seems to be increasing as I understand more about different languages and encounter more people in the space.
