My passion for customer satisfaction and background in sales provides me with the ability to understand customer needs and expectations. I leverage those attributes, along with analytics, to engage with executive staff to improve products and business practices. Regardless of the position I hold within a company, sales is a driving force that pushes me to look for additional opportunities to cross sell and incorporate other areas of business. In addition, I am a firm believer in leveraging strengths of individuals and teams for better customer oriented results. Because of that belief, I have been successful in uniting business groups across the company to resolve customer challenges. Additional area of success has been enabling sales communities through building and delivering content via phone and in person. Content delivered was to renewals sales, license sales, partners and Customer Advocacy Managers and included sales acumen, product knowledge and value proposition. In some cases, enablement was through mentoring new sales reps, many without previous sales experience, of whom went on to be outside sales professionals.
