Christopher owns and operates two broker dealers operating in Northeast Ohio. America Northcoast (Ancora) Securities is a fully disclosed broker dealer clearing exclusively through Pershing, LLC. America Northcoast Securities works with institutional money managers, RIAs, smaller broker dealers and registered representatives, introducing their brokerage and investment advisory businesses to the Pershing platform. Ancora Securities provides these institutions critical back office and personalized trading services which aim to separate the Ancora boutique experience from those of supermarket brokerage firms. Christopher's responsibilities include expanding the firm's client base as well as managing the development and design of the company’s compliance and accounting systems. Christopher also owns and operates a broker dealer called Arbor Court Capital. Arbor Court Capital works to serve the distribution needs of smaller mutual funds families. Arbor Court partners with Mutual Shareholder Services (MSS). MSS provides umbrella fund administration for nearly one hundred mutual fund families nationwide. Together Mutual Shareholder Services and Arbor Court Capital provide small and upstart mutual funds an opportunity to compete, at lower expense ratios while at the same time expanding into new markets, and onto targeted brokerage platforms all with the compliance oversight required on the fund's marketing efforts.
