It is inspired by the deepest pain, fear and ultimate joy I experienced coming out and embracing my own authenticity - as a gay man and a leader.Prior to building my business, I spent a decade climbing up the leadership ranks in corporate America. I started in sales and spent almost 8 years in various individual and leadership roles driving revenue. During that time, I made the largest impact coaching and mentoring people around me and building strong teams. This led to a career pivot out of sales into an executive level role leading organizational development to scale my impact on people and culture internally. As part of the senior leadership team, I was a trusted thought partner to the CEO leading high impact company-wide initiatives.When I’m not working with leaders and organizations, you can find me tending to my houseplants, being overly competitive at board games, learning how to make new craft cocktails, playing golf, seeking out the best gluten-free pizza, and catching sunsets.
