I am a professor who teaches management, finance, operations, and marketing. I am working on improving my teaching and helping my students learn better. I have 16 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, credit, banking, and management. I owned and operated a franchise with my wife for five years. I am a volunteer consultant who has traveled to Honduras, Kenya, Lebanon, and Nigeria to work with agricultural partners in dairy, food production, organic food, green farmers, and a college of agriculture. I traveled to Honduras to help dairy farmers with financial analysis and a cooperative with data collection for the dairy industry, Kenya to help with strategy and upgrading an accounting system from QuickBooks to SAGE Rainbow, and Lebanon to help organic food producers with strategy and financial analysis knowledge. I traveled back to Kenya to work on value chain analysis and have completed two remote assignments in data analytics and value chain analysis.
