I am delighted to be a Director at LMA where I bring my 30 years plus of experience in delivering building and engineering projects to a thriving and exciting Architects practice.

I am an experienced professional with over 30 years experience in Engineering, Project Management and Construction. At TEPE Group I was responsible for developing, implementing, embedding and continually improving a programme of Project and Customer Excellence across the Group. I am passionate about empowerment and team building and about continuous improvement. I am committed to continually improving our business performance in response to customer needs and to enhancing the customer experience.

On 1st January 2017 I was appointed as Business Excellence Director for Ramboll UK. I will also retain the UK project excellence lead role representing Ramboll UK at a Group level. This new role will now allow me to focus my energies jointly on both our Project and our Business Excellence and rigour. I will be responsible for the delivery of key initiatives as Ramboll move through 2017 delivering a portfolio of business excellence projects which will be instrumental in delivering Ramboll's strategic goals and vision over the coming years.

The Ramboll brand is synonymous with Liveability working across almost all conceivable markets including Buildings, Transport, Environment, Water, Energy, Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Management Consulting.A Civil/Structural Engineer by training, I led the Specialisms Resource Group in the UK up to the end of 2014 then shifted my focus and energies onto leading and continuously developing the UK Project Management Team for Ramboll as well as working across Ramboll Group internationally delivering Project Excellence across all our disciplines and through all of our projects.I also have executive responsibility for Ramboll projects undertaken by our growing team of Engineers and environmentalists in Gibraltar where we continue to provide both our private clients and the Government of Gibraltar with our global services.
