The communications agency for the United Methodist Church, offering services, tools, products and resources to increase awareness and visibility of the denomination.• Managed the operations and resources for over 30 content and e-commerce driven web sites and other servers with a technology team of only 5 people, supporting more than 100 staff locally and others abroad.• Received CRM Magazine’s “Best Implementation” award in 2002 for a Customer Relationship Management system installation. This system eliminated 15 separate underperforming pieces of software and increased sales, improved marketing and expanded service offerings, while reducing ownership costs.• Created a technology business unit that contracted directly with tech manufacturers for discounted pricing while creating a new revenue stream for the Church.
