• Provided the IT infrastructure to support the acquisition of 13 facilities, effectively doubling the company’s revenues and employees, while increasing IT headcount by only 2 employees.
• Assimilated the new facilities’ IT systems seamlessly into Vanguard’s systems, with minimal disruption.
• Procured and coordinated financing for over $1 million of IT capital expenditures for the new acquisitions.
• During a period of very constrained resources, especially cash, maintained outstanding levels of IT support and excellent relations with IT vendors.

• Managed and provided fully outsourced IT services, acting as an extension of the clients’ own staff.
• Managed the daily operations of the company until it was sold in 2013 to the largest service and hosting provider in the state.

• Managed the operations and resources for over 30 content and e-commerce driven web sites and other servers with a technology team of only 5 people, supporting more than 100 staff locally and others abroad.
• Received CRM Magazine’s “Best Implementation” award in 2002 for a Customer Relationship Management system installation. This system eliminated 15 separate underperforming pieces of software and increased sales.
• Created a technology business unit that contracted directly with tech manufacturers for discounted pricing while creating a new revenue stream for the Church. This unit saved over $100 million in technical purchases.
• Built dashboards for greater access to information for executives, supervisors and employees.
• Migrated product fulfillment and distribution centers and over 100 users, all running different accounting, payroll and other systems, to Microsoft Great Plains.
