Project required a complete design overhaul including mobile optimization, refreshed content, upgraded content management system, and enhanced infrastructure. Deliverables included business and technical requirements, development of Personas and User Journeys, Mood Boards, Wireframes, Creative Designs, Content Audit/Update, and setup of environments (SharePoint 2016). Managed enterprise software projects utilizing SharePoint, SAP, and .NET platforms. Responsibilities included areas of planning, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, quality, and implementation. • Led rollout of an organization-wide SharePoint 2010 project for a partnerships (donor) resource portal designed for donor governments, multilateral institutions, foundations, and private institutions. Worked hands-on on design and taxonomy, configuration of web parts, and content upload and management. Liaised with multiple stakeholders including various internal departments and external partners.• Delivered in four months the initial planning, requirements, and startup phase of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project using SAP. Focused on areas of funding, client contributions, budgeting, and expenses. Established a Project Management Office (PMO) in partnership with Accenture to deliver business process mapping and reengineering of financial management processes. Met all 27 key deliverables and work products targets – (project management plan, quality assurance plan, risk and issues mitigation plans, stakeholder register, etc.).• Supported various web initiatives including the Advisory Services intranet site and external site, SmartLessons website, and the Project Management Resource Center website. Collected, prioritized and implemented content strategies and user requirements and implemented a complete design overhaul for each web platform over an 8-month period.

Managed institution-wide search engine project, key to the Bank’s integrated knowledge management and information systems strategy to improve accessibility and visibility of Bank information and knowledge. • Coordinated across all sectors and departments to analyze and incorporate key end user, administrative, and management requirements. Designed and executed request for proposal (RFP) process and proof of concept to determine best-fit solution. • Lead negotiator with corporate procurement for all related contracts and software/services agreements with vendors. Negotiated a discount rate of 48% for software licenses, which resulted in significant savings compared to IDB’s standard rates for enterprise software. Asked to support other software negotiations and contract settlements.• Spearheaded all phases of the search engine project including planning, web design, architecture, development, & deployment. Launched new search engine on IADB website (www.iadb.org) in December 2009, nine months after project kick-off. In August 2010 a second key deliverable for an intranet search was released, providing employees access from a single location to all of the IDB’s data repositories. Integrated with various databases and technology platforms including .NET, Oracle, MS-SQL, & Open Text/Hummingbird. • Led the implementation of a SharePoint 2007 project for a new organization-wide employee portal. Activities included design and development, configuration of web parts and search engine, and integration to various applications.

Coordinated end-user operations in Japan including partner/client relationship management, business development, systems integration, program management, supplier management, customer service, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. • Developed a regional program management office and built infrastructure capacity for large systems integration and consulting services. Successfully managed multiple engagements throughout the Southeast Asia region with projects valuing up to $30 million. • Led project teams to transform customer specific business requirements into viable information systems, often in environments that required integration to fragmented information systems and data repositories. • Implemented large enterprise-wide information systems at organizations such as Toshiba, Canon, and Sony to improve areas of workflow management, resource utilization, scheduling, standardizing and automating processes, and supply chain productivity. Integrated solutions with SAP and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and worked with implementation partners IBM, Hewlett Packard, Fujitsu, and Accenture. • Managed the acquisition and integration of five Japanese companies, creating a product portfolio that opened four new market segments including aerospace, automotive, and life sciences. • Expanded sales organization ten-fold over an eight-year period increasing annual sales revenues to from $1 million to over $30 million.

Oversaw all pre and post engineering initiatives. Led discussions on manufacturing systems design, supply chain and logistics efficiency, and resource utilization. Significantly expanded sales pipeline through non-stop campaigning and gaining trust by demonstrating technical competence and innovative problem-solving skills. Published a technical article in one of the semiconductor industry’s most prestigious journals (Solid State Technology) titled “Windows NT’s Foundation for Equipment Automation.” First journal publication to discuss the benefits of a windows-based solution (compared to the traditional UNIX environment) for advanced factory equipment automation.
