Current• Delivered identity and access management software to healthcare organizations supporting thousands of clinicians.• Wrote and deployed custom software and api integrations using Java, SQL, PowerShell, and JavaScript to perform automated provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts for software including Epic EMR, Meditech, Obix, Centricity, MModal, and many other common healthcare software products.• Developed custom fuzzy search using term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) for user matching• Developed custom password validation and generation in feature parity with products like Netwrix Password Policy Enforcer• Developed automation that created, modified and archived accounts in the domain for Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Exchange, O365, and home drive provisioning depending on the environment, and in downstream software (e.g. Epic/Meditech but also performing write back into upstream HR software like INFOR, Workday, or ServiceNow ) with support for maintaining all necessary attributes across the domain even during name change events (e.g. UPN/proxyAddresses/mail/mailNickname in AD, Name in Epic, home drive folder name while maintaining original folder for shared links to still work, updating a username change in HR software, etc).• Deployed and supported single sign on access management software for Windows environments and linux thin and zero clients (including iGel, Wyse, Teradici, HP, Lenovo, and others).• Deployed and supported multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) software supporting RADIUS, OAuth, and SAML utilizing a third party authenticator app, SMS and emergency access codes which was primarily deployed for external VPN, NetScaler and ADFS access as well as part of many different EMR Electronically Prescribed Controlled Substances (EPCS) configurations to provide MFA to clinicians who are prescribing medication electronically.
