Well-implemented strategies require data-driven expectations and results. That's my drive: Find key measures and metrics of impact; identify or create means to glean them historically and upon implementation; develop tools and methods to optimize those results with increasing efficiency and accuracy; iterate, improve, and keep inventing.It can't (or at least oughtn't) be done alone, though. My education and leadership background, combined with years of experience leading an analytical team, brings a unique suitability to my craft.
