About Chris Burdick

Hi 👋 I'm Chris. I'm a Growth Product Manager with a range of experience across industries and functions. My passion is working with creative, cross-functional teams to design and deliver product-led growth experiences that create tangible business value.I got my start in digital marketing & communications, where I got to pioneer a social marketing strategy for a large broadcasting network, wrangling various social engagements into a cohesive experience across the brand. I moved from social media to developing and managing web properties and got my first taste of digital strategy—using digital platforms like mobile apps and websites to drive meaningful online engagement from radio and podcast listeners.My interest in data-driven digital optimization led me to the e-commerce industry, where I cut my teeth with onsite search and merchandising—making it easier for small businesses to find the products they need in a massive assortment. While at the same company, I had the opportunity to combine my prior experience managing web properties with my newly acquired e-commerce expertise and transitioned into product management. I led an agile team of designers and software engineers to build a new cart and checkout experience on top of a headless e-commerce platform.Most recently, I've been part of the Growth Product team at Sprout Social. My focus is on building product experiences that drive revenue growth with our existing customers. I lead a team of designers and engineers to build innovative features that allow our customers to discover and purchase valuable solutions outside their current subscription. Beyond my core role, I'm also passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and actively engage in conversations and initiatives to create a more diverse and inclusive work environment.
