I was one of 12 other service desk employees that answered phone calls, organized books, helped students / faculty with their computer problems, and much more. This position required a lot of critical thinking, knowing policies, patience, and knowledge of computers / software. This position did wonders in allowing me to put my Cyber Security minor to good use.
