Oakley Vault is a global retailer focused on outdoor products ● Direct leadership of revenue stream of $1.6MM annually ● Manage a staff of 15-20 associates including a 4-member management team● Recruit and hire talented Associate Managers and Assistant Managers● Analyze sales data to ensure weekly and monthly goals are being met● Develop and implement marketing strategies to efficiently meet demand● Accountable for all daily activities to ensure efficient operations● Staff training and development to improve sales revenue results ● Provide new tactical approaches to execute on opportunity areas● Ensure all corporate procedures are being followed● Oversee all visual standards throughout the store● Foster a team environment and culture to ensure positive communication and teamwork

● Recruit, and evaluate new employees for potential hires● Train New employees on product knowledge and store operations● Deliver excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism● Assist store managers in implementation of daily tasks and procedures● Oversee compliance of all staff with established company policies● Coordinate merchandise replenishment for the sales floor and stockroom● Inventory management completed on a quarterly basis

● Knowledgeable in Elite Selling Experience (Oakley’s proprietary model) ● Manage, train and mentor new and current employees ● Receiving and packing up shipments● Extensive product knowledge with outdoor apparel and sunglasses● Opening and closing the store with responsibilities for daily cash balancing
