My practice concentrates on litigating multistate tax issues with a focus on resolving sophisticated income tax matters for taxpayers across the country. In addition to income tax, I represent taxpayers with respect to local taxes, sales taxes, and taxes relating to financial institutions, telecommunications, and energy companies. Previously, I was a fellow at the Council on State Taxation, where I was primarily involved in COST's amicus brief endeavors. I regularly speak and write articles on emerging state and local tax trends, having recently published articles in State Tax Notes, the Journal of Multistate Taxation, National Litigation Consultants’ Review, and Bloomberg BNA.
