As a Talent Acquisition professional, I pride myself on being a relationship builder, a problem solver, and someone who is always looking to learn. I am always looking to build my next relationship with a candidate/business partner, have an in depth meeting with a hiring manager on what he/she needs on their team, and then solving the problem of finding the ideal candidate. I love the challenge and rewarding feeling that being a human resource professional can provide. On the technical side of things, I partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external vendors to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates. I also design and implement effective recruitment strategies, such as job postings, referrals, networking, and social media.
