I began my professional career 7 years ago, within a staffing/employment agency. My experience in that role allowed me to gain a better understanding of human resources. For me, this was the starting point where I learned how to cultivate client and manager relationships. The main goal I had was getting to know and understand the needs of the candidate, paired with that of the hiring manager, to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties involved. Throughout my professional career, I have been able to utilize my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration by tackling the data and analytical side of the Human Resources world to understand where companies can best expend their resources for the highest overall output. My career shifted into a corporate healthcare recruitment environment, 2 years ago, and since then I have continued to use all of the knowledge I gained from my previous role as well as my education to grow relationships with my clients, teammates and leadership. I strive to provide factual and accurate data behind the hiring market in demanding fields. I have recently completed certifications for Google's 5 main AdWords courses and am eager to use what I have learned in order to help clients understand the best tactics and campaigns necessary to grow their businesses.
