I also liaise with Microsoft; functioning as a virtual technical sales professional delivering architectural guidance, business value optimization and envisioning focused on unified communications technologies and services. Over the last two and a half years I’ve worked with Microsoft Corporate IT (RTC) operations teams as a technical resource and product group escalation point for root cause analysis and problem management. Additionally, I worked with the (RTC) teams to deploy/migrate Microsoft users from OCS 2007 R2 Enterprise Voice (EV) to Lync Server 2010 Enterprise Voice (EV).During this time we deployed Audiocodes gateways, and I collaborated as part of the SIP Trunking project team. Prior to that, I worked with the O365 product group to dog food O365 from beta to RTM where my focus was on cloud based messaging services integration with Lync Server 2010. It was during this project effort that we created dual plans illustrating to the customer (DoD) the cost differences between a single forest/multi-domain model and a single forest/single production domain with a null root domain where remote locations were set up as Sites within the production domain. I lead a concerted theater wide effort known as the Enterprise Maturation Project where as a systems architect I wrote policy to implement process control for network services. It was during this time I identified and documented key business processes for the military detailing a multi-layered support environment and defined roles and responsibilities of each tier. I documented processes for the quick recovery of Exchange storage groups prior to the implementation of the COOP site and developed the maintenance schedule for SQL databases and worked with Share Point Portal administrators on implementing best practices for the SQL back end. I worked for LMIT in support of many government contracts. I supported several networks from DOE, to DoD and worked as a member of a great production systems support team.
