Assuming responsibility for the planning and execution of the Army Medical Department Medical Corps accessions mission. Performs all phases of the recruiting life cycle to include: planning, prospecting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and applicant processing. Executes talent acquisition strategies in precision based medical markets. Area of operations covering 8,175 square miles encompassing the Albany, NY area, to include southern VT, and Western MA. Maintaining partnerships and covering 37 medical residencies, 6 medical schools, 43 undergraduate pre-med/dental schools, 136 hospitals, 10 AMEDD Reserve Units, and numerous professional medical societies and health care working network.

Conducted healthcare recruiting efforts 35 colleges, and 5 hospital programs.
