• Maintenance of the Company’s Fixed Asset Register, including responsibility for processing:Additions / Disposals / Net Book Value Adjustments / Calculating and accounting for depreciation.• Collaboration with various other departments, such as international Service Delivery and logistics teams in order to capture complete and accurate Revenue Generating Asset (AGILE) information in the Company’s Fixed Asset System.• Collaboration with project owners in order to deliver complete and accurate financial reporting on Construction in Progress (CIP) projects.• Completion of monthly reconciliations of the Company’s Fixed Asset, Revenue Generating Asset, and CIP asset registers.• Compliance with the Company’s Fixed Asset SOx Narratives and Policies.• Providing financial information to the wider business on request.• Maintaining the company’s Employee Expense system and troubleshooting issues as required.• Proactively suggesting and supporting the implementation of improvements to existing finance department procedures

• Accounts receivable & Accounts Payable duties – cash posting, allocation, refunds & Bank Account Reconciliation.• Part of a team that manages client cash accounts in a fast-paced environment on a daily basis to ensure the funds received from clients are allocated on their accounts.• Refunding client funds back to the originator accounts in case of payments made in error in a timely manner. • Building relationships with internal finance departments and business units to ensure we support each other in order to maximize our contribution towards each other, the clients, and the business.
