I've spent my career working for leading companies in the payments and network business. My depth of knowledge and thought leadership is significant across payments and network processing, SaaS, and platform solutions. I've built significant credibility as a strategist AND operator in the industry, always focused on revenue growth and scale. The initiatives I've driven today deliver over $500M in ARR, and I've created hundreds of jobs in my career. I'm especially proud of the people that have been a part of my team as they have been the foundation for many successful initiatives that I've managed.Highlights:Drove the strategy, scouting, due diligence and deal modeling effort for the acquisition of cloud-native banking platform Pismo (www.pismo.io) by Visa in early 2024 for $1B. Led two integration teams post close, and built the global GTM strategy and plan for the business.Ideated, analyzed, and developed business case for a modern SaaS API-based payments platform for Visa, Inc. (DPS). Built and led the product development, transformed the team into agile processes (SAFe), and secured initial lighthouse clients in the US, Germany, and the UK. Innovated and authored patent and product spec for Visa Installments, a solution for issuers and merchants that allows consumers to pay for purchases over time. This product has been expanded to multiple countries and is a leading VAS service for Visa. Amazon just recently adopted the service.Expanded Visa DPS solutions into Canada, Germany, and the UK. This cross-functional leadership position required significant collaboration with country management, sales, product development, and client services. Developed a consortium of CUSO lending power to create high value for a large network of 2,000 independent auto dealerships during my tenure at Aimbridge. Grew this PE-backed SaaS company from $6M ARR to nearly $20M ARR before a successful exit and acquisition.Expanded TSYS Prepaid, Inc. solutions into Mexico, requiring significant capital expenditure and redirection of the business. I drove sales, and built a network of the largest banks in the region to process accounts over a consistent platform and network (PROSA).Built a significant network of off-premise ATM machines for US Bank (Rocky Mountain Bankcard). This network of 10,000 machines featured large partnerships Circle K, MGM Grand Casinos, Foxwoods Casino, and a large swath of 7-Eleven's across the country.
