I have always been described as passionate, aggressive, determined, positive and effective. Personally, I am a mother of two beautiful boys and wife to a compassionate and encouraging husband. Professionally, I have always been naturally drawn to customer service and sales careers. I am passionate about people. I realized through experience that I was strong in problem solving and process improvement, which led me to management and operations. Through my success as National Accounts Sales representative for ShuBee, I was promoted to Sales Manager. My passion for people has translated well into management and leadership. As Sales Manager, I took over a failed CRM implementation and I actively worked to try and optimize the program, implement new strategies using the software as a tool and provided continual training to improve user adoption. We were able to make the best out of it, but struggled with it's stability. I had to really become more involved in understanding software, data, servers, integrations- things I had no direct experience in before. In addition to helping turn around the software launch, I focused on open communication between top level management and front line employees. Company sales went up by 15% in the first quarter of being sales manager and 30% second quarter. We continued that pace and grew by 38% by end of 2013- with no additional overhead. As announced in October 2014, I accepted a new position as Vice President. In 2017, I became a partner in the company. I attribute our success thus far to cultivating the right people with the same core values.As Vice President, my first major projects were to implement 3 new systems (GP, CRM and Salespad), rebuild our website, and add additional 15,000 warehousing space. We have completed all three successfully. We outgrew the addition and built 100,000 sq foot location in 2020 and made the move in 2021. In 2009, I invested in a Zaxby's franchise on the coast in Florida. We currently own 3 locations with plans to add one more in the next year.It is most important to make sure all my goals and life objectives are in line with my governing values and that I execute each success and failure with a thankful mentality. Life is a challenge and I enjoy every second of it.
