Director, Service Management oversees and manages the day to day operations of the Waterfield Service Management Practice. Providing leadership and management for the Practice and its associated services (Operations, Engineering, ITSM) to ensure quality delivery of Waterfield’s recurring services to its clients. Responsible for building, updating, and maintaining Policy, Process, and Procedures for the Service Management Practice. Accountable for facilitating staff development, departmental growth, managing Practice budgets, and evaluating the practice for Continual Service Improvement (CSI) to ensure customer satisfaction.
