Created the festival from the ground up (working with co-founder Dave Armstrong); developing & designing brand, festival image and ethos; continually generating and developing event ideas; creating competition platform; helping develop website; designing a large amount of promotional material from flyers to programmes to banners (alongside main poster images created by artist Bruno Cavellec and, in more recent years, led by graphic designer Richard Hird); creator of majority of festival copy/PR content (in more recent years alongside Laura Gill).Proud of the small-but-excellent team of volunteer co-ordinators who have taken on specific roles to enable growth of the festival. Event host and presenter for a number of large corporate and charity events, including 'Manx Stars In Their Eyes'​ (since it's inception), working with the organisers from early doors to help guide and suggest on programme/schedule, content, themes etc. Often involves working alongside artists, musicians and TV/film personalities - such as KATIE MELUA, DAVID SCHNEIDER, MARK KERMODE, SAMANTHA SHANNON, DAVY KNOWLES and more - interviewing, assisting, guiding etc.

Dozens of published articles and press releases for events, announcements, general occurrences and happenings for all businesses, organisations and media I have worked with, from Film Festival to MannIN Shorts to DAM Productions etc.

Creating and devising the training scheme from the ground up, working alongside Phil Gates and Dave Armstrong.Once established, running the scheme from day to day - developing brand and image, devising and organising workshops, connecting and networking with industry Professionals to expand the scheme, forming and running competitions and training opportunities, advising on film shoots - and much more.
