Responsible for employee hiring and development, recruitment structure, analyze and streamline processes, implementation of all policies and procedures for the Administrative, Professional, and Legal Divisions. Additional responsible included but not limited to maintaining budgets for all departments, employee benefits and cobra reporting, review and approval for all Worker’s comp procedures and approval. Responsible for client management, negotiations, and relationship development for all divisions including all new client procedures and evaluation for Contract and Permanent Agreements.

Full Cycle Recruiter- Worked one on one with clients and employees to build strong business relations that enabled me to maintain high conversion ratios from TTH to a successful hire for the client. Full Cycle- direct hire/perm placements for all industries including all fee and terms negotiations. Followed process from start to finish and promptly handled any issues along the way.
