The Mrs. Universal Pageant has been established as an organization with integrity, values, resilience, and one that goes above and beyond any other married woman's pageant in the United States. Recruits and advises new women into the pageant system and coordinates/assists with application process.

Scheduled and conducted virtual intakes for program participants. Consolidated and input clinical notes regarding participant applications and intakes. Followed-up as needed on any questions or needed assistance from participants in regards to the program and their applications.

Supervised four personnel across HR and Finance departments. Served as an advisor to the Command team on all 841 Army Soldiers career opportunities dealing with enlistment and extensions; coordinated with Army Career Counselors to ensure that all the eligible Soldiers were counseled regarding reenlistments, incentives and benefits; prepared and assisted in unit reenlistment ceremonies; supervised and managed the processing and tracking of Promotions, Suspension of Favorable Actions, Leaves and Passes; & performed all other administrative duties and record keeping as assigned.

Served as the direct advisor to the Company Command Team and as the sole HR support for a 45 personnel Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company.

Prepared and monitored requests for promotions and arrangements for promotion ceremony, to include promotion declinations, reconsideration of promotions, and arranged reduction and removal boards for soldiers on local promotion standing lists. Prepared and processed requests for transfer or reassignment, by preparing orders and request for orders. Prepared and maintained officer and enlisted personnel records.
