VOICES Against Sexual Assault

VOICES is dedicated to supporting and helping sexual assault survivors navigate their healing journey and find renewed hope, resilience, and empowerment. Through our comprehensive program, we offer individual and group counseling sessions as well as transformative post-traumatic growth retreats. Our highly trained and compassionate counselors provide a safe and confidential space for survivors to share their experiences, process their emotions, and develop coping strategies. Our group counseling sessions foster a sense of community and connection among survivors, promoting empathy, understanding, and mutual support. In addition, our post-traumatic growth retreats offer survivors an opportunity to engage in transformative activities, such as trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness practices, and outdoor adventures, that empower them to reclaim their lives and discover new strengths.
