Initially hired as a floating leasing consultant and within one month, was promoted to assistant property. Since that time, I've been responsible for income collections, resident relations, marketing, leasing, administration, inspections and sales. I was solely responsible for taking a property from "troubled asset status" to 99% occupancy within 4 days.
