2nd Line Support role providing support for 3000+ users. Hardware support for Laptops and Desktops as well as data network patching were daily tasks, as well as troubleshooting and resolving software issues. During my time in End User Services I streamlined and improved several day to day tasks including receipting new kit, store room inventory, redundant kit and PC build processes. I was also the lead for Executive Support, including Home Office installations.

Turnarounds and first time fix were always key deliverables, as well as quickly identifying high severity incidents, and escalating accordingly. Access Control administration across Novell, Windows, Unix and Oracle Platforms was one of my core roles. Having progressed to Service Desk Lead, I had responsibility for assisting other team members with technical and procedural issues, as well providing a point of contact for 2nd and 3rd Line Support teams.
